Vintage 1970s or 1980s Victorian style Christian Dior designer puff sleeve blouse.
Silky blouse has a high, stand-up neck edged in frilly ruffles.
Extra full sleeves with soft pleats at the armhole areas and matching ruffles at the cuff edges.
Placket is also edged in ruffles and hides plastic buttons, pretty fabric covered button are at the neck and sleeve cuffs.
Sleeves are 3/4 length.
Pink and green plaid fabric appears to be 100% polyester and is very silky and lightweight.
