Acing a gab-fest with the ladies of the view is no easy feat, but potential first-lady MIchelle Obama passed with flying colors. On yesterday's show, Michelle defended her patriotism, softened her harsh reputation, balanced talk about serious political issues with lighthearted subjects such as her aversion to pantyhose, and established herself as a budding fashion-trendsetter. Michelle sported an off-the-rack black and white leaf-print tank dress by Donna Ricco which she picked up at White House Black Market on Fifth Ave, saying, "It's fun to look pretty." Immediately following the show, the store noted a significant spike in requests for the dress, looks like we may have another Jackie O on our hands!
