Taylor, Lindsay, Or Ke$ha: Who's The Biggest Hot Mess?

Ladies, ladies, ladies. Since when is "trashy-chic" something to aspire to? I hate to be catty, but some of our favorite peroxide-blonde starlets have been making a name for themselves in a way that provides Christian Siriano enough material to devote an entire collection to "hot messes." While Gossip Girl gone bad Taylor Momsen isn't quite "drowned rat in a gutter" just yet, she's looking more and more like Courtney Love each time she sets foot on the red carpet, and the jaded sour facial expression in cahoots with all the lingerie-inspired getups are neither flattering nor age-appropriate. Newcomer Ke$ha has purposely made looking rumpled and hungover her gimmick, and it's certainly a "look," but do you really want to build a career being known as a "drunk Taylor Swift"...? And then there's Lindsay. Well, there isn't really anything that needs to be said about Lindsay, is there? Get Taylor Momsen's Rocker-Chic Look!

For the launch of the Victoria's Secret Beauty Love Rocks fragrance collection, Gossip Girl star Taylor Momsen was her usual rocker-chic self. While Taylor usually wears teeny dresses that come up to there, at this event she went in the opposite direction, sporting a long, slip-like ivory dress. Never one to go the ethereal route, Taylor toughened up the look with a pair of Giuseppe Zanotti motorcycle boots, a black cuff reminiscent of Madonna circa 1980, her signature rosary beaded necklace, the Victoria's Secret Love Rocks lip gloss ring, and of course, tons and tons of black eye liner. I was drawn to this look because it's a lot more accessible and wearable than some of her other ensembles. Edgy extras, like the boots and jewelry pieces she chose are definite must-haves and I am really feeling that long, gauzy dress. Check out my slideshow to snag this rockin' look!
