Let's face it- no matter how much you tell yourself that you love to work out, there are days when the treadmill looks like a torture device. Honestly, thirty minutes on a conveyor belt going nowhere isn't exactly the best motivator (though come to think of it, watching Paula Deen dump a Costco-sized package of butter into a pan on the attached television screen kind of is- anyone else work out while watching Food Network?).
