    SpinDaily Presents Single After Eight

Lisanne Silverman on Mar 15, 2008 12:16 PM PDT
Have you heard of Single After Eight? No, it isn't the latest in the string of online dating services, but now that we have your attention, you'll be pleased to learn that it's a new line of pretty dresses designed by SINGLE's Galina Sobolev and Project Runway's Andraé Gonzalo. Rather than reinventing the classic cocktail dress, the line is based on the 1950s dress style, an era where fit, detail, and versatility were key elements. Their primary focus is on quality fabrics, especially lace, and handmade details like rosettes made up of multiple fabrics for the kind of special touch that makes the woman inside the dress feel just as exquisite as the dress itself. Check out the video below for a behind-the-scenes look at the new line!

And when it comes to exercise, there are two more options: find a gym, or purchase your own equipment. Sounds about right, no? And it is... unless you're in Hollywood. While the rest of us are figuring out where to put that shiny new treadmill, some Hollywood folk are making room for something a little shinier... a pole. And they're not calling it a support beam. That's right. But for those of us who aren't trying to model our living rooms after the Playboy Mansion but still want to try a few moves, there are classes that will teach you to do just that. Who needs spinning anyway? Check out the video, and let us know what you think, and more importantly... would you sign up?
