Hot In The Hive: OPI Alice In Wonderland Mini Lacquer Set

If you haven't already seen the posters for Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland decorating the hallways of your local movie theater, they're bound to make you as excited as I am to see the film. It's hard to imagine how many hours in the makeup chair the stars had to endure in order to shoot (after all, not all of it was CGI-enhanced!), so it's only fitting that some of our favorite beauty brands are coming out with their own cosmetics inspired by the classic fantasy film. OPI's limited edition Alice-inspired shades luckily come in a set of minis, so you can collect all 4 -- Absolutely Alice, Thanks So Muchness, Off With Her Red, and Mad as a Hatter -- without shelling out over $30 for full-sized bottles you'll never finish polishing off. While I kind of wish there was a little more variety (I know the color red is essential to the story, but did they have to include 2 of them?), the set is still a great addition to any polish fiend's (or Disney fan's) collection!

Tony Hawk has teamed up with T-Mobile to put out a limited edition Sidekick! The Sidekick LX„¢ Tony Hawk Edition is black, textured to feel like a skateboard and has a gaggle of new, fabulous features like video record, play and share. Lucky us, we got to fiddle with it at the opening match of the Mercedes Benz Polo Challenge held in Bridgehampton, where T-Mobile holds court every year with the most fun tent going in the VIP area. This year, they treated us to tunes spun by the one-and-only, DJ Sky Nellor. But back to the Sidekick-- it still has its signature Sidekick swivel screen and full keyboard, but we love the badass feel that only someone like Tony Hawk can provide. It's the perfect accessory to give all your outfits an extra edge, but more importantly it's the phone that will withstand all the damage you KNOW you are going to inflict on it!
