The intriguing details of this coat led me to ponder what came first, the cape or the coat? I saw this fine garment, and thought it had a very interesting cut - it boasts defined cape sleeves on the body of a coat, reminding me of a piece straight from the runway. I envision this coat being absolutely perfect for going out when the weather requires more than just a sweater. With zippered slash pockets, I can easily leave my purse at home along with my worries of losing any belongings, and simply carry around my clutch or billfold in my pockets - pure genius! Also, with its slim silhouette, I won't worry about looking bulky when trekking to the bar after work for mid week happy hour. Most of all, I can see pairing it with a bright, long sleeved shirt or cute, elbow length gloves to highlight its intriguing cropped cape sleeves!
