Video Style Steal: Kristinia Debarge Works It In "Sabotage"

If Kristinia DeBarge looks slightly familiar to you, don't worry, you're not going crazy. I watched American Juniors too -- I'll admit it -- back when they still believed in inflicting Simon Cowell-like cruelty upon children... and Kristinia was quite the contender. She may not have made the winning group of singers (but let's face it -- it was probably for the best), but now she's making it big with single girl anthems like "Goodbye" from her solo album Exposed. In the video for her second single "Sabotage," she dons her darker side in a cropped moto jacket and textured tights, and shows off some sultry dance moves to boot. She may have first arrived on the scene years ago as a cute little crooner, but now she's sexy, single, and stylish... and ready to kick some serious butt. Influential International Style: Lily Allen

Lily Allen, pop's talkative, oversharing princess, is a serious style maven. Showing a clear penchant for luxury brands like Chanel, Prada and Yves San Laurent, yet comfortable wearing Chucks and a cartoonish headband with them, she certainly has a look all her own. In the same way that Madonna did in the 1980's, Lily Allen is probably owed back royalties for style "ideas" taken and mass-produced at Urban Outfitters. How does she do it? She starts with a beautiful piece, no matter if it's a gorgeous top or a fantastic prom-style dress. She brightens the outfit with colored accessories and bold, thick bling. Video Style Steal: Beyonce Has "Sweet Dreams" Of Sparkles & ...

Beyonce, like our friend Tyra Banks, always seems to come up in conversation whenever the word "fierce" is mentioned. This is why it was no surprise to see that her video for "Sweet Dreams," the latest single from her I Am... Sasha Fierce album, is no less stylishly sassy than the previous vids, and she again comes equipped not only with some seriously diva-esque outfits, but her two hip-shaking backup dancers to boot. This time, however, she amps up the costuming beyond the iced-out bionic hand and leotard-and-heels combo she rocked in "Single Ladies" and channels a similarly monochromatic wardrobe with a little more sparkle and shine. With over-the-knee leather boots, a sequin miniskirt, and a silver lame dress that seems to channel a sexier Jane Jetson (we won't even get started with the gold metal C-3PO number), B is still milkin' the futuristic she-robot look for all its worth -- and is still looking like a million bucks. Click "See Video" to watch her and her dancer-clones in action, then check the slideshow to see how you can cop her look without looking like quite a cyborg.

Video Style Steal: Kelly Clarkson Buttons Up, Then Lets Loose ...

If it wasn't clear enough in the previous Kelly Clarkson style steal, I'm totally loving the songstress's comeback as she rides it out, and I fully intend to soak up her rocker-chick presence in the spotlight until she goes back into hibernation and deprives me of catchy breakup therapy tunes for another long while. In the video for her first single, "My Life Would Suck Without You," Kelly showed us her softer side with a casual-cool take on her usual edgy style, and now with her second single, "I Do Not Hook Up," Kelly tackles rumors head on and proves that she doesn't need a boy on her arm to complete her outfit! One thing I've always loved about her videos is the way she tells a story through the scenes, and then never fails to break out with a belting chorus in a kick-ass outfit, rocking out with her band behind her. Makes me wish I had my own music-playing entourage to whip my hair in front of! While I'll never be Kelly Clarkson (aside from our matching and nose studs and curvy rear ends), I can at least covet the clothes she dons in the video as she causes a ruckus at an uppity lunch party, then lets loose onstage while out on the town. With a sexy fitted halter dress and studded shoes made to walk all over those misbehaving boys, it's way easier to channel Kelly's looks than it is to sing along to the video on-key! Click SEE VIDEO to watch it for yourself, then check out the slideshow to find out how you can cop her clothing!

Video Style Steal: Go GaGa Over Ladylike Interpretations Of ...

Whether or not you're a fan of her futuristic, robot-like, pantsless persona, you can't deny that Lady GaGa is an interesting character (after all, anyone who can make Perez stop talking about the Octo-Mom for a few posts has to be at least somewhat intriguing). With electro-pop hits like "Just Dance," "Poker Face," and any of the other sound-alike tracks off her debut album The Fame, GaGa has gained a rapidly-growing following. While I certainly don't question the appeal of her catchy beats (although I'm still trying to figure out what on Earth a "disco stick" is), I'm thoroughly convinced that her talked-all-over-town popularity is due largely in part to her bizarre outfit choices and overall "Donatella Versace in outer space" gimmick. And while we at Stylehive would never promote public indecency by encouraging you to go without pants in public, you may be surprised to see just how inspirational some of Lady GaGa's futuristic fashion choices really are, as long as you don't attempt a literal translation of her shiny black catsuits and hooded capes. From practical patent leather booties to a chunky cocktail ring and a simple pair of liquid leggings, you can channel the artist's funky style (one bold piece at a time!) and still stop traffic without looking like a spaceship! Click "See Video" to watch her provocatively funky "Poker Face" vid, then check out the slideshow to see some wearable translations of her eccentric ensembles!

Style Icon: Natasha Khan From Bat for Lashes

If there is one person whose closet (let's be honest, whose whole life) I'd like to raid, it would be Natasha Khan. Singer, songwriter, multi- instrumentalist, visual artist, and now my personal fashion muse, is there anything this British beauty can't do? Combining unusual instruments (like the harpsichord), a militaristic sound, a vintage vibe, and mystical indie rock, her songs are hauntingly beautiful. She is a master storyteller, taking us on trips through animal kingdoms and magical dream sequences. Her covetable style incorporates the whimsy of her music with a 70s flair, lots of layering, and is always topped off with a retro style headband. Check out my slideshow of some of Natasha's favorite designers mixed in with my faves she'd look great in, then watch her amazing video.

Sounds like: Joanna Newsom, Tori Amos, Kate Bush, Bjork
Top Songs to Download: "Priscilla", "What's a Girl To Do", and "Horse and I"
