Embroidered Silk Dress
Embroidery, beading, a floral pin, charmeuse, chiffon... it's all right here.
The squared double layered yoke is adorned with intricate floral embroidery in turquoise, gold, pink, lavender, peach and brown glimmering threads. Linear, floral and geometric shapes are delicately created with tiny pearlized beadwork in shades of pink, white and teal. And if that's not enough, a petaled bloom in a translucent textured plastic (pink for the nude, blue for the black) with a cream leather starburst center is pinned to the front left shoulder.
The yoke style bodice has tons of gathers underneath to create the loose shape, and the fabric of the dress and fluttering short sleeves are sheer chiffon. A charmeuse semi-opaque slip offers coverage and color contrast as an underlayer, in hot pink for the nude and teal for the black. A work of art! In nude or black.
