You might not have considered wearing purple since elementary school, when the color dominated your wardrobe of stretchy pants and sweatshirts. Yes, purple might be the coolest color among elementary school girls, but it was also Cleopatra's favorite back in the day, and it promotes creativity. Since it€™s a blend of a warm color (red) and a cool color (blue), purple looks great on pretty much everyone. The next time you need to look great €“ i.e., this Friday's date, wear a rich shade of eggplant, plum, mulberry, or whatever mature name you want to call it. And while you're at it, why not play up your look with some purple eyeshadow?
