Even though you always feel lucky when the sun's shining and the sky is nearly cloudless, the beautiful sunny weather you're enjoying is no coincidence! The stars have aligned in favor of keeping the sun out of hiding and for you to savor a day outdoors, and the least you could do to show your gratitude is to listen to the stars' stellar advice! Whether you're long overdue for a serious break or just can't resist squeezing in a perfect-weather beach day no matter how packed your schedule is, it's vital to lounge in style. Tauruses can cover up with a Marc Jacobs bandeau dress that's so cute, you might not even want to reveal your suit! On the other hand, Capricorns can fully enjoy the gorgeous weather and scenery with a retro-chic Juicy Couture floppy hat that'll help keep the blazing sun out of your face and eyes. Before you head out to enjoy that beach volleyball court or blow-up floating lounge chair, check the slideshow to see what kind of beachy goodies your sign should be toting along!

If you're like me and shivering under blankets or still wearing sweaters and boots, now might be the best time to plan your spring break getaway. Whether you're going south of the border or perhaps the beaches of Miami, any place with sun and surf is worth going to! So you've got the location down, now it's time to plan what you're going to pack. When going on vacation, it's always tempting to try out a new style you wouldn't necessarily wear at home. However, the worst thing is to feel uncomfortable or self-conscious, during your well-deserved vacation no less! So stick to your style and stay with neutral colors you can mix and match. You can always be adventurous with the accessories you buy wherever you go, whether it's an armful of stacked bangles or a quintessential statement necklace.

Another hint: making a list of what to pack is important because it will lessen the chance of forgetting something. The last time I forgot to pack without using a list, I didn't bring socks or a toothbrush! Click read more to see my list of spring break travel essentials and check out the slideshow for more ideas. Just remember to leave extra space in your suitcase or pack an empty bag for all the goodies you'll be buying! Read on for my ten spring getaway must-haves!

Old Style: 7 Mean Shaheen Dresses for All You Vintage ...

Alfred Shaheen designed fabrics and clothing for over 40 years, creating one of the largest manufacturing operations that Hawaii would ever see. In the 1950s, he built an $8 million factory complex that allowed him to print, dye and finish all his own fabrics. And his textile designs are legendary! Inspired by Hawaiian, Polynesian and Asian cultures, each print was lovingly handscreened onto the fabric. Then that fabric was fashioned into everything from bombshell sundresses to elegant cocktail attire, from fun little playsuits to casual hostess gowns. Just click my slideshow to see a sample of his talent.
