Like black and white, fine wine and cheese and Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen, another classic and familiar combination is leather and studs. Studded leather accessories are immediately edgy by nature with it's metallic detailing and rugged fabrication and can add spice to any ensemble. With looks ranging from hard-core rockstar to pieces with just a touch of rocker-chic appeal, a studded leather accessory is a new must-have item!
Plus, there's no need to spend big bucks to get in on this accessories trend. Rock a studded wrap bracelet or a cool pair of studded leather hoop earrings with a girly ruffled ensemble, or get a truly unique piece that gives you a stylishly sexy, but wearable 'dominatrix' vibe.
So what are you? Sweet girl-next-door with a little spunk, or the cool rebel from across the tracks? Click our slideshow to see a selection of studded leather accessories for every type of gal, and all for $50 or less!

While they certainly faced some skeptics, Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning's portrayals of their rocker-chick legend counterparts Joan Jett and Cherie Currie in "The Runaways" has received positive feedback. Luckily though, the young starlets didn't have to rely on just their acting chops and musical imitation skills (though they did a commendable job at faking it) -- part of their rockstar performances were made easier by a seriously bad-ass wardrobe that turned the young into believable 70's bad-girl icons! While nowadays you probably couldn't get away with wearing Dakota Fanning's barely-there lingerie number (especially not at her young age!), it's easy to update the duo's edgy performance style to suit today's fashion standards. Watch the video to see Dakota and Kristen's take on The Runaways' "Cherry Bomb," then check the slideshow to see how you can channel both a modern-day Joan Jett and Cherie Currie with rebel queen-inspired pieces!
