The wide high waist has large belt loops with popper fastenings. Heavy pleats fall from the waist to the hemline that is trimmed with red and sits on the knee. A blue and white striped edge sits on the hemline of a peach petticoat. Large pockets with diagonal blue and white striped edges and a pink semi circle at the top of the pocket sit on either side of the skirt on the thigh; a popper fastening strip closes the pocket. A zip fastening sits on the back of the dress.
A fantastically cool skirt. Tuck in a skinny tank, some opaque tights and heavy platforms. Swing while your winning.
