The A-list crowd, streets paved with red carpets, the parties, the glamour, Brangelina sightings - Cannes is definitely the place to be right now. Sadly, the closest most of us will ever get is to live vicariously through Vinnie Chase and his posse on Entourage. But don't despair cuz you're not there, let's have our own fun. To compensate for the absence of lavish designer gowns in most of our closets, let's judge the ensemble choices of the celebrity Cannes-goers and pit them against one another in our own little competition to determine who the real Cannes winners are! Listen up boys! Supermodel/tsunami survivor/philanthropist Petra Nemcova has some very specific guidelines for how she likes her men to dress before she'll deign to be seen with them. I recently met up with the disarmingly striking beauty, who revealed that when it comes to men, "It's nice if they have their own style. Some men, they need a little help." Don't we know it! But Ms. Petra was not done detailing her man needs. €œI love a little bit of an English style, like a little bit of an edge," she continued. "I like a jacket with a t-shirt under and then with a funk little scarf. It depends. Each man is different." And yet, they're all the same.
