More and more designers are thinking about the impact their clothes can have, for better or worse, on the environment, and the result is a slew of fabulous, earth-friendly lines that allow fashionistas to save the world in style. Lines that use organic fabric or sustainable materials like bamboo include Beau Soleil, Linda Loudermilk, Edun, Stewart & Brown, and Doie. And designers who have recently (or long ago) announced they will not use fur in their lines include Calvin Klein, Ralph Lauren, Rebecca Taylor, Betsey Johnson, Kenneth Cole, Nicole Miller, and Stella McCartney.
