  The shade of this orange, red and neutral toned, handmade lamp is of artist-made paper from plant fibers. The armature for the shade is of split bamboo. Cover of the weighted conical base repeats the orange paper of the shade. An acrylic varnish covers the exterior of the shade and base and the shade’s interior has been treated with a flame retardant. It may be cleaned with a feather duster. A night light or other low wattage (15 watt or lower) candelabra base bulb can be used as a replacement. Lamp has a six foot UL approved cord with in-line switch and a polarized plug.
