That it is, on Ebay, the bestest & mostest excessive piece of 1980s over the everlovin top foofaraw foofy poofy puffy partywear ON THE PLANET. It's from Neiman Marcus [I dont know the designer's name, or if there is a label inside which states such a thing]--but from Neiman's, you know it's gotta be good. I *almost* want it.
