No longer does colder weather mean hideous, bulky snow boots! Gone are the days of thick rubber soles and heavy tread. Instead, they've been replaced with stylish boots that don't have to be quickly taken off at the front door or swapped out for your heals when you arrive at the office! In fact, colder weather foot fashion is now something to dress your outfit around and are worth showing off!

Without further adieu, our three must-have boots for fall:

OTK (Over the Knee) : The more leather the better with these fall staples! Worn over skinny jeans or leggings, these thigh highs are a must for the cold weather. Balance the height out with a flat heel to look stylish and not like a street-walker. OTK=FAB!

Try: Franco Sorto 'Tripod' Over the Knee

Lace-Up Booties: A modern twist on an early 1900's school girl style. These instant classics are perfect when folded over with tweed skirts and jackets, or tied high over leggings with an oversized chunky knit. Class is in session and you're the most stylin'!

Try: Elizabeth and James Blue Suede Lace Ups

Shearling Ankle Boots: Yes, you're shearling jacket should officially be jealous now. Fashion meets function with these cutting edge (and really warm!) fall musts. Comfy, cute and matches everything!

Try: Sam Edelman 'Winsford' Bootie

Friday means you've almost made it to the weekend and casual Friday means you won't even have to go home and change before hitting happy hour! One of the biggest suggestions to making casual Fridays work, is to find balance between cool, comfort and professionalism i.e. leave the pajamas and the runways out of the boardroom!
