I love these aluminum bundt pans from Nordic Ware, they're the only kind I use, everything else is either too flimsy or too expensive.
This one's so great because it comes with most of its original accoutrements.
Unfortunately, the recipe booklet has gone missing, but 5 other recipes can be found on the box and insert.
A recipe for Sausage Cake, involving pork sausage, strong coffee, ginger, raisins, etc... sounds interesting, if you're brave enough. LOL.
Also, a Google search for...cake recipe "9 cup" turns up lots of yummy sounding stuff.
Box states that the pan "gives uniform baking and glorious golden crusts" plus its a "favorite for Festive Jewish Cake, German Bundt Cake, Bohemian Pound Cake, Gelatin Molds too!"
