At the LG "Rumorous Night" Launch Party, rising trend-setter Vanessa Hudgens showcased her spin on the edgy/femme trend which dominated the runways for spring. Vanessa wore a summery seafoam dress by Gold Hawk and injected a mega dose of edgy-glam to the look by accessorizing with black strappy sandals, Sara Weinstock bangles, layered necklaces, and a totally statement-making multi-colored bag. The dress itself is a fabulous investment for spring and summer and can be worn with dainty sandals for day or killer pumps for a night out. Fall Head Over Heels In Love With Nine West Sandals For Spring!

I love Nine West. Their shoes are amazingly adorable (for the most part), durable, well-made and - perhaps most important of all though I loathe to admit I need this in a shoe - comfortable. Nine West has done a great job of fusing style and comfort. These are shoes that can be worn to the office, and - if you choose the right ones - likely even worn to walk to and from work as well! They're definitely functional for a night out on the town. That's why I've had my finger on the pulse of West, and was ecstatic when their new line came out for spring: sandals and wedges and strappies, oh my! There are tons of options and this season they've gone a bit more structured with a lot of their sandals - wide heels, sturdier platforms, thicker straps. These are not dainty shoes, folks, and I love them! My favorites are the platforms with straps. These are an emerging trend right now and you can't go wrong. Booties, Shooties, and Ankle Boots Galore!

As much as I hate to subscribe to huge trends, I've succumbed to this one...my booty wants a pair of booties! You wouldn't think they'd be universally flattering, but now there's such a variety of styles out there that you're bound to find a pair out there that make your gams look good. They're just too irresistibly cute when paired opaque tights or skinny jeans. Whatever you may call them - booties, ankle boots, shooties (shoes x booties), there's so many out there to pick from - from suede to belted, cut out to peep toe, studded to ruched. That's why I need your help to pick a pair out, or, you can just take a look at my slideshow for your own shopping entertainment. Since I'm a shorty, of course they all have heels, that's just the way I roll.
