Another super cool design from Pure Clothing Company in Amsterdam. The pic doesn't do it justice. It's a make-your-own bubble skirt--it has little ribbons on the underside that allow you to tie the hem to itself to make the bubble. All cotton, well-made, and you can meet the designer in the shop!
