Say the word 'neon' and you're likely to evoke images of highlighters, day-glo clothing, and for an unfortunate few, high school chemistry. Yikes. It appears as though the fluorescent hue is back for more, appearing on the
ensemble choices of Molly Sims,
Stephanie Pratt, and singer
M.I.A., and I'm not sure I'm feelin' it (a view that is in no way influenced by any opinion I may or may not have regarding the She Pratt as a style setter-- I'll leave it at that). Our friends at
