  this necklace evokes thoughts of a wash of tiny stones along the side of a river. a lovely palette of nephrite jade, fancy jasper and rose quartz beads in a tiny 4mm size (about 1/8 inch) are carefully and securely knotted together with brown nylon cord to form this sculptural piece. a larger 8mm rose quartz bead (about 1/4 inch) is the keystone. the design is tied around a 3mm wide chocolate brown leather cord. the necklace uses an adjustable chain and can be worn from 13 - 15.75 inches. all findings are silverplated. this piece is one of a kind and a wearable work of art.

  this unique necklace is a beautiful example of the modern and sculptural effects achievable using the right macramé techniques. small (4mm) nephrite jade beads have been perfectly knotted into place one at a time with nylon cord into a smooth cluster of green and brown. two large (8mm) aventurine beads are embedded into the piece to add interest and a beautiful palette of colors. the subtle natural inclusions of the aventurine make them a particularly interesting addition to the jade. i love this combination. the design measures approximately 1 ¼" by ¾", and is knotted securely to a chocolate brown leather cord (see picture #4 to see more detail). the cord is 12" long with a chain that can extend the wearable length an additional 3". all findings are silverplated. due to the handmade nature of this item, it is one of a kind and can never be replicated exactly.

  these earrings remind me of storms in the late grey hours of the evening. a faceted labradorite briolette (with gorgeous blue flash) hangs suspended beneath a cloudy selection of gemstones -- aquamarine, picasso jasper and a grey freshwater pearl. everything is held together with grey macrame cord and skillful knotwork. elegant and unique. from the top of the earwire to the bottom of the earring, they measure about 1.8 inches (about 4.6 cm). all findings are sterling silver.
