When most people think of New York fashion, their brains spin out Sex and The City-esque romantic twinkly visions of Manhattan, Manolos, and Cosmos in a tipsy, teetering menage-a trois. People, that was so the 1990s (if ever). In 2008, the future of New York fashion (like the future of New York art, music - basically everything except - yawn - finance) is in Brooklyn.
