Such questions often come to mind when the name Miley Cyrus is mentioned... and nowadays, especially with her new album on the rise, that's quite often. And whether or not you enjoy the teen's campy Disney roles, her musical stylings, or her knack for photo scandals, you gotta admit, "Party In The U.S.A." is pretty damn catchy. While the video's swing set settings and Miley's tiny cut-off shorts and leather vest are a little unseasonably summery, I can't help but get in the concert party mood whenever I watch it... and let's face it -- it's never the wrong season for a dusty parking lot dance party! No matter what your age, it's hard to deny that Miley Cyrus is a good dresser. We only wish we could dress as well as she does and we're way older than her 16 years.
