Ever had one of those ideas that's been floating around your head forever? And then you finally make it, and kapow, it comes out just how you wanted? This skirt is one of those pieces for me, I'm sooo happy with it! All the fringe is handcut, the nature of jersey fabric prevents the fringe from fraying and falling apart, even though the edges are raw. The waistband is a heavy duty 2" wide elastic in black.
This skirt is made of medium weight heather grey jersey. Can't get enough of the heather grey! The fabric content is cotton/spandex, and due to the fringy nature of the skirt, it should be hand washed and either hung or laid flat to dry.
