Fergie Wears marlies|dekkers Design During TMF Awards

Earlier this month at the TMF Awards (held this year in Rotterdam, the Netherlands), Fergie showed off a custom made look by famed Dutch lingerie designer Marlies Dekkers. Dekkers took her already unique triangle push-up bra - yup, the one Fergie wore in the "I Gotta Feeling" video - and gave it a one-of-a-kind twist by adding silver chains. The bra on its own is pretty spectacular, with slim elastic bands that secure a silver triangle, beautifully framing the neckline. Paired with the singer's leather-embellished black pants, it was one show-stopping, seductive ensemble with a dash of futuristic edge, perfect for the Black Eyed Peas' newly released album, "The E.N.D." We can't help but love this look - marlies|dekkers lingerie is too incredible to keep under wraps. See more from the ultra-talented designer here!

With the opening of her first US boutique at the Plaza Hotel, a recent feature on the last cycle of America's Next Top Model, and a fashionably fun fantasy-inspired lingerie line, Marlies Dekkers is taking the whole world by storm - not just her native Netherlands! Ranging from riding gear gone risque, Shakespearean forbidden love, and spider web beading and design, Dekkers' inspirations may be unconventional, but the results of these off-beat ideas are undoubtedly fabulous. Whether you're looking for something slinky and seductive to wear on Valentine's Day, or just have a year-round infatuation with lovely lingerie like I do, Dekkers creates daringly imaginative and sexy high-end intimates for every size (she even has an award-winning maternity line!) that are bound to find their way on just about anyone's wishlist. Check out the slideshow for some favorite picks, courtesy of renowned photographer Carin Verbruggen, from Marlies Dekkers' recent and upcoming collections!

The most famous resident of the historic Plaza Hotel in New York City will now have the high-end lingerie boutique Marlies Dekkers on the ground floor of her newly renovated building (which now has studio apartments selling for $1.5 million. That's for a one-room apartment!) The store is Marlies Dekkers' first in the United States, so now you won't have to take one of those pesky trans-continental flights to Antwerp or Bangkok to get your MD camisoles and thongs. Marlies Dekkers Lingerie Makes Going Dutch Fun

Anyone up for a game of truth or dare? marlies|dekkers lingerie knows how to play, and blurs the line between the options with seductively sophisticated underpinnings that exist somewhere within that nebulous space between fantasy and reality. The Dutch Dekkers, who graduated cum laude from the Sint-Joost Academy of Art and Design in 1991, bases her design philosophy on making women feel radiant and confident. Her work embodies not only her flair for innovative design, but also her entrepreneurial outlook, which undoubtedly adds to the powerful philosophy she puts forth.
