Lindsey Roscoe has been designing luxury intimate apparel for over 30 years. She began working from the time Farr West was established in 1974, along with her parents and co-founders Jack and Iris Farr. After earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Syracuse University in Fashion Design in 1974, she and her parents began their enterprise, and by 1979 Lindsey was the head designer and had her own Lindsey Roscoe label. She worked with luminaries such as Roy Raymond, who founded Victoria's Secret. Under Lindsey's direction, Farr West has designed numerous collections of intimate apparel, from luxurious robes to sensuous sleepwear to everyday undergarments. When her parents retired in 2000, Lindsey took over as CEO of Farr West. Farr West has made its specialty luxury undergarments with a strong emphasis on anti-cling slips and camisoles. Farr West's three registered trademarks include Farr West, with a collection of essential garments like slips and camisoles, Lindsey Roscoe, specializing in garments trimmed in high quality lace work, and Lindsey Luxe, designer silk daywear, super soft sleepwear, and garments made of stretch, anti-cling charmeuse developed by Lindsey herself. Rihanna Plays Peekaboo With Her Lingerie, & You Can Too With ...

Ever since I graduated from the realm of training bras long ago, I've had a love for fun lingerie... despite the fact that my decolletage sort of demands undergarments that are more functional than flirty and flimsy. And with the rise of peekaboo lingerie, namely bralettes, I can't help but lust after the lacy trims that have been peeking out from under low-neckline sweaters, boyfriend blazers, and oversized tanks -- another trend Rihanna rocks admirably! While they are meant to serve as lower-maintenance lingerie for the more modestly endowed gals, bralettes are primarily for show with their bright colors, bold patterns, and scalloped edges. Make sure you don't go overboard with the whole idea of show-and-tell skivvies, though; the idea is to leave plenty to the imagination and give onlookers just a glimpse! Luckily for me and all you other ladies who need a little extra "shelving," although bralettes don't offer much support (in fact, it would pretty much defeat their purpose), they can be layered to still achieve the peekaboo look without necessarily having to go commando. Check out the slideshow for some of my favorite little bralettes!

Check Out These Fun Holiday-Inspired Lingerie Pieces!

The holidays are upon us, and while I seem to be spending most of my time squeezing women into shapewear so they'll look good in their holiday party dresses, I thought it might be fun to look at the lighter side of holiday lingerie. Sweaters and socks seem to be the most popular holiday items, but one can easily find a multitude of holiday-inspired lingerie. They range from simple holiday prints on otherwise normal undergarments to sexy costume-like lingerie that would definitely make Santa blush! Check out the slideshow for some fun ideas, and have a happy holiday!
