We have had this product for over 3 years. It works great and not having to get out/put away the toaster is a huge plus. We have had no problems with it at all. It browns the toast at level selected and the bagel setting works great. My grandkids absolutely love to "make toast" because it is not your conventional toaster! It looks great, easy to clean and everyone always asks "where did you find this?" I would definitely recommend it!
