New York Fashion Week is well under way and us mere mortals and celebs alike are excited to see what our favorite design houses are offering for the Fall/Winter 2011 season!
And while most of us must be content with the latest updates from our favorite sites and blogs, celebs have the luxury to sit front-row right where the action is! But sitting front-row means you need to be suited and booted in your most show-stopping attire!
Leighton Meester and Fergie both showed their support at the Marc by Marc Jacobs show in a printed dress plus waist cincher and matching printed blazer and shorts set with leather boots, respectively. Vanessa Hudgens made appearances at multiple shows but we're loving the satin blazer and bright pop colors she chose for Marc Jacobs.
Kristen Dunst was a vision in a sweet frothy frock at the Rodarte show, while Emma Roberts made a splash with her bright blue dress at the Michael Kors show.
But there can only be one best-dressed front-row fashionista! Who gets your vote? Take the poll below! Then check back next week when we show you how to get the look for yourself!

Label Love: Geek Out With Araks

Remember the opening scene in Lost in Translation where all you see is Scarlett Johansson's bum clad with a pair of pink undies? Well, those undies were by New York based designer Araks Yeramyan who happens to have celebrity fans like Michelle Williams, Kirsten Dunst, and Sofia Coppola (natch). For a fairly new designer, her fashion background is quite impressive. Araks studied at Parsons and Central Saint Martins, interned with Marc Jacobs, and freelanced at J.Crew designing lingerie and swimwear. In 2000 she launched her own line of stylish lingerie and then debuted her clothing collection in 2006. I fell in love with her Spring 2010 line with menswear inspired pieces like double-breasted jackets, long cardigans and trousers. Whether you were a nerd or geek back in high school or not, the geek chic look is easy to pull off with any Araks piece. When people say "timeless" when talking about fashion, Araks is definitely on the shortlist. Take a look at my slideshow to see more.
