Jessie Spano was the brains and Kelly Kapowski was the beauty, but it was Lisa Turtle who had all the style. Saved by the Bell's resident style expert and gossip queen was sassy with sophisticated taste -- heck, she was even accepted into the Fashion Institute of Technology on the show's finale. But could we pull off her over-the-top look? To the rescue with some tips on making it work: our in-house fashion expert Brian. Brian says Lisa's wild style is back in a big way with graphic fit-and-flare dresses and light-wash denim jackets. Leather jackets are one of the most important fall staples. They are universal, never go out of style and look great on both men and women. However, some leather jackets can run you upwards of $600! In this economy that is just way too much to spend on a jacket you can only wear in the spring and the fall. I'm crushing for this BB Dakota Indigo Blue Marsh Jacket ($70 at chickdowntown.com). The jacket is a lightweight deep denim and the ruffles on the sleeve give the military look a much more softer feel. Pair it with a longer tee over skinnies (pants, jeans, leggings -- just learned this term in NY, ha!) for a more casual look. Plus it's totally affordable!
