I'm going to shy away from terms like "headgear," as I've heard the word used to describe these accessories, but frankly I find it a bit off-putting and rather inaccurate and it kind of reminds me of those awkward childhood sleepovers when at bedtime a new friend put on this elaborate mechanical device to my shock and utter horror.
