Found the band from the yarn used to knit these and it is indeed 100% wool! Knit up in a thick wool yarn in a warm creamy caramel colour,these mittens also feature a cabled accent on the back, and extra-long cuffs to keep your wrists warm!
The mittens measure 11" from cuff to tip (cuff is 5" long) and are about 4" wide. They will fit up to a lady's medium hand.
They are handknit - by my wonderful mother who taught me how to knit probably 40 years ago and who is still an avid knitter. She often spends winter evenings knitting mittens on a whim - she once knit 9 pairs as party favours for my niece's birthday!
Each pair is unique, all are warm & woolly and will keep hands warm for years to come.
Handwash & lay flat to dry.
