Celebs Strut Their Stuff In Catwalk Creations

There used to be a clearer distinction between models and actresses. You could do both, but usually one skill set was stronger than the other. These days, though, many of our favorite celebs are gracing the covers of magazines and pages of photo-shoots in positions that used to be mainly reserved for the models. Celebrity faces are seen all over the place now in venues and mediums outside of movies and movie promotions. Being seen and celebrated for their art (music and movies) was one thing, but now people are turning to celebs for style sense and fashion tips. Logically, celebrities are answering by stepping out in trendy ensembles taken straight from the runway and parading themselves around for their adoring public. Diva superstar, Beyonce rocks this sparkly Balmain dress and it looks a lot better on her than it does on the model! Check out the slideshow for more celebs strutting their stuff in runway creations! Which ones looked better on the celeb than the model? You be the judge!

Need A Quick Fix For Your Skin? Try Lush "Grease Lightning"

    image

Beauty brand Lush has got a new product, called Grease Lightning. It's a cleansing gel with a useful pump, especially made to fight pimples. It has a very light structure and it doesn't dehydrate your skin. Don't expect a huge pimple to vanish in one day when you use the gel... but within a day (when you use it two times a day) a large pimple can definitely get smaller! The gel contains several natural ingredients, such as tea tree, thyme, rosemary, aloe vera and lavender. Thyme, tea tree and rosemary kill bacteria and contract the pores, while lavender and aloe vera help softening and reduce redness. Sounds good, doesn't it? Grease Lightning is now for sale for 8,90 EUR at Lush shops. See more at Girlscene!

The asymmetric trend is back! For example, one-shoulder dresses, or tops with different sides like we saw at Lanvin. And don't forget the asymmetrical bathing suits! They are simply irresistible... designers from La Perla (pictured) to H&M would agree. You don't need to spend a lot to try this popular trend for summer- check stores like ASOS and Selfridges for asymmetric and one-shouldered styles that'll bring runway style to your wardrobe without breaking the bank. Click over to Girlscene to see their favorite asymmetric tops, dresses, even skirts!
