Flutter make finding that unique look super easy. Each of their creations are super colorful and playful. Many of the jackets are made from vintage fabrics that they have upcycled into "modern jackets with a retro flair". The independent designers both love working with soft knits and believe that clothes should make you feel good. We caught up with Joleen and Rachel to ask them more about their funky fashions.
