Color blocking and tried and true solids are great for numerous occasions, but cosmic powers have stated that prints are the way to go! Prints add interest to an outfit and are a good way to show your personal taste and style. An all-over tribal print dress really makes a statement while a printed scarf is a subtle nod to the trend. Prints and patterns are all over the place from runways to retail stores and are offered in a wide array of looks that either add a sweetly feminine spin or show trendy hipster style. Florals, ethnic prints, polka dots... they're all cute, but not every print works for everyone! So while that floral print skirt looks great on your best friend, you may be more suited for a funky tribal pattern. With all the options out there, how do you find the time to try them all on? Let the stars guide you to the perfect print that flatters and shows your own unique fashion sense. Check out the slideshow and see what prints you should try this week!

    Fantastic Florals for Summer!

Summer has finally hit, which can only mean one thing: less is more. With the warm sun beaming down, layers of clothes peel off and you are left with lightweight, functional threads. This summer, I am filling up my closet with floral prints. From dresses to tops to bottoms, floral prints bring a feminine and flirty edge to your style. Brands are producing all cuts and designs to cater to every woman's personal taste. Vintage, bohemian, retro, street, contemporary - you name it! - Karmaloop.com has it all. One of my favorite designers, Brian Lichtenberg, has just released his Stripe Legging in Floral, a smooth stretch legging with contrast diagonal panel stripes on one leg. Rojas's summer collection features pretty vintage floral pieces such as The Linen Vintage Floral Sweetheart Bustier, The Linen Vintage Floral Angle Hi Mini Skirt and The Linen Vintage Floral Sweetheart Dress. BB Dakota has also produced the cutest summer dresses like The Garner Silk Habotai Maxi Dress, The Smith Roses Silk Dress and The Bridgit Dress. Graduation Dresses That Are Too Cute To Be Covered By Your ...

If I had to pick one of the most unfashionable inventions ever, it's the graduation gown. Forcing kids to wear them on their big special day just seems like a cruel and unusual tradition that will never die. Sure, it makes your entire class look uniform like a big army of ants or a school of fish (depending on what horrendous color of the rainbow you're forced to don for the sake of school spirit), but it's just not the cutest way to embark upon the next chapter of your life. The only way to somewhat make up for this tragically dowdy damper of Grad Day joy is to ensure that what you're wearing underneath your gown is cute and festive enough to have you ready for the post-ceremony celebrations in one second flat (because that's how quickly you'll be disposing of that frumpy sheath)! Whether your style is fun and floral for a summery morning commencement and brunch to follow, done-up and dramatic for a momentous evening occasion and post-party, or casual-cool for your small artsy school, I've found plenty of graduation dresses that will help you start your summer right, diploma in hand (and won't make you look even bulkier under that gown)! Check out the slideshow for some of my favorite commencement day frocks!

Easter Dresses In Pretty Pastels And Springtime Florals ...

One would think that growing up Catholic would automatically give me a fierce aversion to all Easter occasion clothing, given all my unpleasant childhood memories of being forced into a yearly festive ensemble -- complete with an itchy tulle dress, lace gloves, a ridiculous straw hat, and too-tight Mary Janes -- and basically fidgeting through church looking like a human doily. However, now that I'm old enough to dress myself (or rather, sensible enough to pick out my own family occasion-appropriate attire), I can't help but adore all the quintessential Easter prints, palettes, and ruffles that allow you to combine all things girlie and flirty without looking strangely out of character or like you were dressed by your grandma. Whether you need a more conservative option like a boat-neck tie-waisted dress by Anne Klein for a full-on holiday celebration with the church-going fam, or don't celebrate the occasion at all and are just looking for a fun floral print like a flirty chiffon mini dress from Forever 21, the possibilities are endless when you pair with a cardigan for extra coverage when needed, or change from flats to heels to go from day to night. Check out the slideshow for some of my favorite springy sheaths for this Easter season!

I know Turkey Day is still a few weeks away and maybe your family allows you to wear Uggs to the dinner table. But maybe not. Maybe you'll be meeting his parents for the first time. Or maybe it's your turn to channel Martha Stewart and host all the relatives at your place. Whether you're traveling over the river and through the woods to Grandmother's house this Thanksgiving or just staying at home with some close friends, you'll want to feel confident and look great. So check out these fabulous vintage dresses in everyone's favorite Turkey Day colors of pecan brown, yummy yam, yellow squash and cranberry red. With colors as deep and rich as these, dribble a smidgen of cranberry sauce, and no one will even notice! Just click the slideshow to see the selection.
