The straps connect behind the neck with hook and eyes. Two thin straps run up the back. It has an A-line skirt and a back zipper. Only label that remains is for size and care.

  Exceptional Turquoise 1950s Vintage Dress

  Soft and silky, vibrant turquoise hue, acetate dress. It is covered with squares in shades of purple, olive green and blue, each is filled in with a different flowers in blues, purple, green and black. The scoop neckline has pleats descending from the middle and sides. The wide midriff is ruched to accentuate your waist. The short sleeves are cut in one piece with the bodice. The skirt is very full with gathers at the waist that open up. It has an attached purple net petticoat , the additional petticoat is not included. Only the bodice is lined. The metal zipper was professionally replaced with a plastic one. Someone took a marker and wrote 24w on the bodice lining, does not show when dress is worn. Labeled "Fashionmaker Original".

Vertical darts rise up from the waist and the full skirt has box pleats that open up. The dress is fully lined in a vibrant yellow acetate. Fabric content is poly and acetate. It has a care and size label.

One side has piping that runs from the shoulder to the waist and a stylized monogram at one side. The short sleeves are cuffed The skirt has clusters of small knife pleats that descend from the waist and open up for exceptional fullness. Dress has a front placket with small green buttons running down the front. There is a self belt at the waist. Dress has not been worn, bears original hang tag. Labeled "Westbury Fashions".
