When it comes to shopping, I'm not usually a creature of habit -- I tend to shop when and where the mood strikes. I do, however, have three annual fashion traditions: I always buy something new to wear on my birthday and New Year's Eve (something about turning over a new leaf, I suppose), and I always buy a new bikini in the summer.
