I'm the biggest fan in the world of polka dots, as you may or may not know, and this dress is made of my favorite polka-dotted fabric in the whole world. It is a simple, strapless style with a princess-seamed bodice and a bright red tie around the waist to snazz it up. It's fully lined with solid black so it won't be see-through when you're standing in the sun or anything and fastens with a zipper in the back.
