When I was growing up, one of the first signs of spring was the dogwood tree bursting into bloom. This ring is my homage to that magnificent tree!
This ring features a lovely dogwood blossom. The tiny flower rests on a delicate stem. I left the flower loose so it spins around on the stamen as you move! I added the extra stamen around the main one, carefully soldering each tiny ball of silver in place. This ring is perfect by itself, or can be stacked with others to create a whole bouquet. I have given the inside of the flower a bright finish and contrasted it with a soft satin finish on the back. I sketch the flower directly onto the metal before cutting, as I don't use a pattern, each flower is unique. You will receive the flower pictured.
Ring is created entirely of sterling silver. I recycled sterling odds and ends to create the stamen.
