Cowskins are incredibly durable: Holly and Lily both wear them most of the time and have tested them in mud, lakes, sea and fox poo - yet their collars still come up looking bright and gorgeous. Supple calf leather is used to back the collar and rolled and piped round the edges of cowhide, to create a finish we've designed to be kind to your dog's neck fur. Our customers report that they are thrilled that although these collars are so strong, they don't 'carve' collar lines in the fur and often overcome problems of matting in long or silky coats.
