Go Wild With Animal Prints For Your Home!

For my fall wardrobe, I've been looking to include animal prints whether it's a luxurious leopard print jacket or zebra print flats. However, these sultry prints can't stay confined to your closet! Your home can always use some animal prints. Thankfully, you don't need to go to a safari or harm any poor creatures to put some animal prints in your home. From your living room to the bathroom, you can easily add a touch of the wild side to every room. Take a look at these animal print chenille toss pillows. They're super soft, less than $20, and sure to liven up a plain sofa. Serve up a meal on zebra printed plates which are bound to make your regular meat and potatoes meal seem a bit more exciting than usual. Like a lot of other decadent things in life, animal prints should always be used in moderation. If not, then you run the risk of looking like Austin Powers decorated your pad. Take a peek at my slideshow to see how you can bring the animal kingdom into your home!

I have an addiction to pretty spring table stuff. Case in point: I was buying pieces before I even moved into my apartment. It was the middle of winter. I don't even cook. I have a problem. Click SEE SLIDESHOW for 10 of my favorite pretty spring plate picks. Incorporate a few new pieces here and there for the perfect place setting pick-me-up. Mix solids with patterns to add dimension to your table, and you can work with the pieces you already have! They're a worthwhile investment, even if the only action they get is a result of your Chinese takeout habit. But if you stop using them, send them to me. Don't even wash. Just mail now! Because I need them.

The next time you need to stock up on new plates or adorn your home with something a little extra special, why not opt for a one-of-a-kind ceramics piece? Surprise your sweetie this Valentine's Day with a beautiful, personalized anniversary bowl.
Or treat yourself to a unique vase (or two or three or four...) for that little shelf you've been wondering what to do with. And while you're at it, how about updating your dinnerware? Don't use the same plates as everyone else you know. Instead, get yourself a set of seven vintage saucers, each emblazoned with its very own deadly sin. Have a friend who lives on take out? The perfect tongue in cheek gift for such a pal is one of Lorena Barrezueta's colorful porcelain take out trays! Take a look at our slideshow of super stylish ceramics to see more crafty cool clay products!

Okay, so your tree is pretty awesome. As far as the outside of your house goes, let's just say the neighbors are getting jealous and you're beginning to wonder if there's a Kodak moment sign out front because of all of the photography going on. And as for the food, well, you have everyone fooled into thinking that you actually made it all yourself. It's all going so well.. what could possibly go wrong?
