Hot In The Hive: The Call-To-Dinner Chandelier

The rustic look has never been my cup of tea when it comes to interior design. While there's nothing wrong with wicker furniture and distressed wood, I have a more sleek and modern taste for home decor. So I was pleasantly surprised when I came across the Call-To-Dinner Chandelier and really liked it! A great look in an open kitchen, the dangling forks and spoons would glint in the light as well as cast interesting shadows throughout the room. If you're anything like me and love a healthy dose of modern design, maybe it's time to bring a little bit of the rustic countryside into your life.

    Price: $249

10 Ways For Singles To Treat Themselves On Valentine's Day

So Valentine's Day is tomorrow, and since lately you've been checking the "single" box and your prospects look like they're not going to change in the next 24 hours, you're probably counting down to the day when the "holiday" that Hallmark keeps shoving down our throats is over (and all of that candy becomes ridiculously cheap). So if this applies to you, don't let it get you down-- grab your girls, get dressed up, and make the most of the latest reason to have a little fun on a Thursday night. Be happy you can skip the expensive dinner and overdone romance that many are likely to encounter, and who knows, maybe you'll find a Valentine while you're at it. Don't make that the focus though- just be happy knowing you can have a lot more fun with a lot less stress than those conversation heart-happy couples.

So check out our slideshow of ten ways to treat your single self (and maybe even a few others) on Valentine's Day, and rest assured-- none of them involve arriving at work to find a bouquet that you, uh, anonymously ordered well in advance.
