"Too Young To Die", this image are based on a 2001 painting exhibited at the Yokohama Museum of Art!
Acrylic on cotton, mounted on fiber reinforced plastics. The painting was included in an exhibition entitled "I Dont Mind, If You Forget Me" at the Yokohama Museum of Art in September 2001. Featuring a young smoker and the phrase Nara is a young Japanese artist whose images are primarily based in Japanese pop culture. Porcelain dish that is aptly named.
Unless you are Fred Flintstone, this "ashtray" is bigger than your head! Really impressive. Even we wondered at an ashtray priced so high, but when we saw it our jaws dropped! Must see and must have! And at that size, YES, it's a dish.
