A small whistle that I picked up in Prague hangs from an antiqued brass tone chain, dotted with tiny, faceted seafoam glass beads. The beads are hand-wrapped and add the perfect touch of color. This necklace is one-of-a-kind and second in my Whistle Stop Tour series
