    Vintage Fashionistas Go Boho!

    image
Mary Kincaid on июн 26, 2009 8:21 AM PDT
First there was Boho, then Nouveau Boho, then Boho Chic, and now it's Foho. Or maybe that was Boho, then Boho Chic, and then Nouveau Boho...whatever. Add in French Bobo and a recent reference I saw to Woe-ho and it's enough to make a girl's head spin. But any way you look at it, and whatever you want to call it, women seem to love this easy-breezy style of seventies silhouettes, billowy blouses, crochet trim, soft worn-in denim and traditional embroideries. While Sienna Miller, Kate Moss and the Olsen twins might have started the craze, and others may tell you it's on the outs, I still know plenty of gals who aren't willing to give up these comfy clothes just yet. This is one style where authentic vintage clothing is way cooler than new. So just click the slideshow and go boho!

Go Boho This Fall With Crochet!

Rich bohemian styles ruled the fall runways and they're back in a big way. They re-emerged this season with earthy printed skirts, floral blouses, layered sweaters and even crochet. Yes, you heard that right- crochet is back! From artsy-crafty meets rocker cool at Anna Sui and Miss Sixty to sexy seventies at Missoni and Gucci, these knits are anything but grannyish! Crochet bags, vest, and scarves are a perfect addition to your boho wardrobe this winter. Go all they way with a purple crochet dress with fringe by Anna Sui. Not ready to commit 100% to the boho style? Crochet accessories are for you. Just a hint of knit on necklace or hat, like the floppy felt hat with a crochet trimmed hat from Hat Attack will do that trick. Go with a little or a lot- either way you'll be feeling free as a bird in these haute-hippie looks. See the slideshow for some more crochet-eriffic styles!

Virtually any bargain comes with a certain level of guaranteed joy, but a true bargain on a luxury item brings with it a certain exhilaration... for me at least. First off, we have a bright macrame table for under $30, and no, it's not from IKEA. Then we'll show you the Anthropologie pillow that'll brighten up your bed in its own subtle way. And you truly, truly can't miss the Frette bath towels-- they'll only be 50% off for a limited time, so you'd better run over to Bluefly now before they're all gone! Check out the slideshow for more hot savings! Deals like these won't last long.
