Whoever said neutral was boring clearly didn't have my keen eye for shadow shopping! While neutral has the connotation of being barely noticeable, this summer's versions of the color family is anything but -- shimmery bronze, lush forest greens, rich chocolate browns, etc. The great thing about neutrals for summer -- especially highly-pigmented, shimmery ones -- is that they look gorgeous without looking heavy, too powdery, or overdone.
