I love wearing dresses and just about anything that involves skipping pants. Especially when paired with boots, dresses, skirts and leggings are so much more comfortable than a pair of jeans. Yet, with the cold weather that we're experiencing, it's hard to throw on a breezy dress without also adding a bulky coat and multiple scarves to keep from freezing. A simple solution?
