This silver cored lampwork bead was handmade in my studio from Effetre Italian glass and R4 and Double Helix silver glass. It was created with a cobalt base, with a swirl of Michaelangelo and dots of Kronos added for decoration. Then I placed dots of clear to retard the effects in certain areas as I reduced the silver glass for change of color and iridescence. This bead has shimmering teals and blues. It measures 12mm x 9mm (1/2" x 3/8"). This bead is subtle, yet has real depth!
It has been cored with a silver tube that looks great and protects your stringing materials from abrasion. You can simply hang it from a silver snake chain or incorporate it with other beads and silver into a gorgeous bracelet . This bead will fit all European-style charm bracelets such as Pandora, Biagi and Troll. The choice is up to you!
