I adore Blirt's t-shirts. So original and creative, this company aims to introduce kids to the fun of the English Language. Their medium is the t-shirt! They illustrate figures of speech that embody the strong and unique characteristics of children. Shirts include "a real ham" (which shows a smiling pig with a top hat), "fish out of water" (a fish with only its head in a upside down fishbowl), "bull in a china shop" (a bull balancing on plates), "no shrinking violet" (a violet with a muscled body about to fly away), "bookworm" (a worm wearing glasses sitting on a hook reading to a few fish), "motormouth" (a car's rear view mirror showing a child talking and talking in the backseat), and a "good egg" (an egg in a fireman's hat holding a spatula). Hysterical!
